All Star Lanes

Will never be back here… first the front counter person was very rude and we did finally start bowling they switched us to a different lane mid game so then the NEW lane only went to frame 5 and ended the game ruining everyone’s score. We paid for 2 games but only got to play half of one due to them making us change lanes for whatever reason. The place is extremely dirty with trash everywhere, broken walk way tripped the kids walking down and the bowling balls are in terrible shape with chunks missing. I’ll definitely never be back to this bowling alley and they can keep the money they charged us for 2 game and us only given half of one. Also the bowling bumpers didn’t work and kept falling

Was a little hesitant to take my twin three year old boys to bowl for their first time on a Friday night but was pleasantly surprised with the experience. The staff was friendly and the environment was clean, great and family friendly. We got two lanes around 7:30 PM and one of the workers (Malachi) was extremely attentive off the jump. He grabbed a few balls that would work for the kids and the little ramp for extra assistance. The entire night he was extremely patient, friendly, kind and helpful. It’s not often you find a young employee who genuinely appears that they love their job and go out of their way to make the experience the best it can be for the customer. I cannot say enough good things about his customer service and awesome attitude. My kids had an absolute blast and he made sure of it. We will not hesitate to come back. Everyone else was helpful as well but he definitely stood out. Keep up the great work! Thanks for the great time all star lanes!

All star was ok overall. The vibe was alright — not bad, not amazing, just kinda in the middle. What really stood out was the bartenders though. I been going lately on different nights and some of them made me feel real welcomed, cracked a smile, and actually made the night better. But some? Felt like I was bothering them just by ordering a drink. Kinda killed the energy. So yeah, it’s a decent spot if you wanna bowl, grab a few drinks, and hang out… just depends on which bartender you run into that night.
