This place wasn’t good at all! If you don’t reach on the top of the hour, let’s say you reached 5:40 they offer you to start but will be missing already 10 mins or you have to sit and wait until 6pm to start and use the full hour you paid for! Their convenience is more important than the customer convenience ! They only allow you to enter if you have their socks, even if you have grip socks from elsewhere, they don’t allow it and you will be forced to pay $5 to use their socks! They restrict the kids too much where they can’t even sit on the panels where the trampolines are. The place is beat up and torn out, they should upgrade and renovate. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience and costumer service was at its lowest!

Amazing experience. Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and seemed like they enjoyed their job and wanted to be there. A small hiccup at the waiver computers was handled with care and proffresionalism. My son is a bit nervous and the environment was warm, friendly, welcoming, even for youngsters. The screen games were so much fun. We had a great time and would definitely go back. We've been to a few of the trampoline parks and they are all so chaotic. The facility and staff were perfect, 0 complaints.
