We visited 810 Entertainment at Dulles Town Center for my daughter’s birthday on a Sunday with a group of kids and family. It was not crowded, but service was slow from the start. We sat ourselves and waited a long time before anyone came over, and we had to stop a waitress to figure out how ordering worked. Food was hit or miss. The wings were really good, and the pizza was decent. Burgers were a bit salty, and it was disappointing that they did not have mild sauce when I ordered mild wings. The staff also asked to switch the kids’ personal pizzas to a large pizza so they did not have to bring out so many dishes, which felt strange. The entertainment options are the best part. They have an arcade, laser tag, TVs, a bar, and even axe throwing. Laser tag was fun and a good deal at 10 dollars per person for two short rounds, but there was a long line and we waited about 20 minutes just to get help and get started. Overall, it felt very understaffed. Cleanliness needs work too. The bathroom was noticeably dirty, with ice cream all over the sink. My daughter still had fun, so I want to give it another chance later, but right now the service and cleanliness issues take away from what could be a great spot.
I planned an event for 100 people at 810 Dulles Town Center for two weeks after they opened. I was a bit nervous due to the newness, but also excited! The atmosphere was amazing; this place offers so many things for everyone to do! The food was outstanding; compliments to the chef! The servers we had during our event were exceptional! I had the pleasure of working with the general manager and he was attentive and communicative and overall very pleasant to work with! I definitely recommending visiting and I am looking forward to future events at 810!
I visited this location on 11/30/2025 and expected a pleasant family experience, but the visit was disappointing from the beginning. Many of the card payment machines were not functioning, and credit card transactions kept timing out. The customer service was not welcoming, and the bowling lane did not work properly. We ordered milkshakes and were charged an extra fee for a mug that we did not request, and staff stated that they had no way to refund the additional charge. After extended discussion, I ordered another milkshake and paid the difference, only to be informed later that milk was not available, despite milkshakes being prominently offered on the menu. When I asked for a cheese pizza instead, the manager initially refused, even though the value was equivalent. Her manner was unprofessional and dismissive. The server later confirmed that the original charge was correct and that the misunderstanding was on the establishment’s side. Only after significant discussion did the manager agree to provide the pizza. Most concerning, when I mentioned that I would share my experience through media and social platforms, the manager encouraged me to proceed and referenced the Better Business Bureau. This response demonstrated a lack of customer care and professionalism. The concept of the venue is excellent, and families in the area would greatly enjoy it. However, the operations and management approach require significant improvement. I hope the establishment invests in proper training and customer service standards so that future guests can have a better experience.
