Good place but really need to do something about people not showing up for their reservations and also not canceling. The past 3 times I've went it's been a struggle to get a time in peak hours. When I do manage to get a time it says all bays are booked and all 3 times Noone has showed up for the opposite bay that is apparently "booked"

Nice facility, however owner doesn’t respond too well via email. Reached out to cancel trial period few days ago. Still no response, trial period is coming to end and will be charged for full monthly membership tomorrow. Update: Owner reach out today. Thank you. I will note however, website and app are not user friendly for updating or cancelling memberships. After some inspection, I had to go to my search history and click on the “my memberships” webpage from when I signed up to get to my membership and cancel it. Feedback would be to include a menu option on website and mobile app for memberships to make it easier to update/cancel them manually.
