Nice facility, however owner doesn’t respond too well via email. Reached out to cancel trial period few days ago. Still no response, trial period is coming to end and will be charged for full monthly membership tomorrow. Update: Owner reach out today. Thank you. I will note however, website and app are not user friendly for updating or cancelling memberships. After some inspection, I had to go to my search history and click on the “my memberships” webpage from when I signed up to get to my membership and cancel it. Feedback would be to include a menu option on website and mobile app for memberships to make it easier to update/cancel them manually.

The lack of privacy between the two areas is a concern, and the limited number of practice balls (ten or fewer) is inconvenient. The balls frequently disappear behind the screen, requiring more time for retrieval than for actual play. The software is not user-friendly for first-time users, and the facility's cleanliness is lacking, with dust accumulating on desks, couches, and computers. The restroom often runs out of toilet paper. Finally, I was unable to secure my preferred time slots due to their rapid filling. Overall, significant improvements are needed at this facility.

Great facility! Private place to practice and still a lot of fun to hit some of the courses with a guest, really enjoying the membership, much better deal than most other sims out there.

Great place to go and practice at your convenience since it’s 24/7. Good location and loving the privacy to take my time to work on my swing. Would highly recommend, especially during the off season!
