24/7 Golf USA

Just wanted to share my experience with 24/7 golf. I purchased a SkyTrak and their enclosure back in November for black Friday. They had a great sale on the enclosure and $200 off the SkyTrak so I wanted to take advantage. Needless to say building out my simulator room took a few more months than expected. I got the surround up and everything looked great. Then I took out my SkyTrak to find out that the changing button was broken and the unit wouldn't even turn on. Let's be honest there is only one button on a SkyTrak so the quality control is lacking or I got a used unit. Needless to say I was very upset to have a $2000 piece of plastic. I contacted SkyTrak and 24/7 golf who is owned by SkyTrak to only offer me a repair. What I wanted was a full refund so I could buy another and play sooner than later. I never used to machine and wasn't able to return it even though it was due to product defect. If I had used the unit and then it failed I totally understand just repairing it. 24/7 golf and SkyTrak do not check for quality of product and if they won't refund a defective product this is NOT a company to do business with. There's plenty of other simulator options out there that will respect your hard earned dollars and give you the service you deserve.
