Been a couple times now. Everything is streamlined for ease of use. You get a code 10 minutes before your booked time for access. Snacks are available with QR code so you can scan and go. The bay has instructions on how to use the sim software. You can use your own equipment or use the balls/clubs in the bay. Software lets you go to the practice range or play user recreations of real courses. Great place for when it’s rainy, dark, or not wanting to worry about pace of play. Originally had an issue with setting up membership online. James was quick about getting back to me and got me squared away over the phone. So shout to him for having an awesome space and customer service to match.

Par 4 is topnotch. Our league did weekly games there over the colder months and James couldn't have been more accommodating for us. The facility is clean, easy to use, offers challenging course choices, and he was always ready and available to answer questions and help as we were becoming familiar with the system. What a great addition to Columbia's repertoire of entertainment.
