Tracking and sensors were completely un calibrated, the app booked me for the London location even though I booked for this location, they completely cancelled my appointment and we had to rebook and pay full price.

Had trouble getting in so I called is was at the wrong door and then the guy said he would give me an extra 10 minutes didn’t happen so not a great experience for a first time user

Got bay 1 and it was tiny.. felt so claustrophobic in there and didn’t even have space to extend the driver.

The trackman system works very well and is great for improving your game. My only complaint is that it doesn’t see the low balls very wel. The screens here are excellent and don’t trap the ball. This facility is brand new and therefore spotless. The resolution of the picture is superior. if you’re serious about improving your golf game, this is the place to go to. If you’re looking for chicken wings, you’ll have to go elsewhere.
