I’ve had an amazing experience at Studio Golf San Diego over the past few months. The initial free lesson, club fitting, and training sessions were all excellent and made it an easy decision to give the membership a try — the value is definitely there. Every staff member is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. There’s also a great community of like-minded people who are all focused on improving their game, which makes it a really motivating environment. The weekly tournaments are also a highlight — super fun and a great mix of competition and camaraderie. The gym/workout space is pristine and fully equipped, and the Trackman and Sportsbox technology is truly next level in terms of the data and insights you get. Highly recommend Studio Golf to anyone looking for a great environment to improve their golf game.

Iron Fitting with David A: David knew all the clubs, shafts, and metrics very well. David is a super nice guy and he made the fitting fun and helped me learn more about why I needed a certain type of shaft/club. I’d recommend a fitting with David to anyone. The studio golf facility is very nice as well.

In just four lessons over one month, he helped me lower my average score by six strokes — something I didn’t think was possible in such a short time. Alex has an exceptional ability to communicate complex swing mechanics in simple, practical terms. He doesn’t just tell you what to fix — he shows you why it matters and how to feel the right motion. His deep understanding of the golf swing is matched by his clear explanations and patient coaching style. What really impressed me was his use of training tools and visual aids that made each session engaging and effective. Every drill had a purpose, and the feedback was immediate and easy to understand. Alex is an elite coach with the special ability of being able to break down the complexities of the swing in a way that’s easily understandable. Always leave lessons with a solid understand of not just what we are working on, but why, and more importantly how to approach the game during practice versus on the course.
