Ballistic Indoor Golf

Absolutely terrible experience. The facility itself is fine, but the customer service is terrible. You’ll be over charged without much explanation and furthermore don’t be surprised if the employees want to get disrespectful and start cussing at you. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Stopped at 8:04 and was charged $30 extra, and then when I asked questions to try and understand he got upset and began speaking disrespectfully and cussing towards me. As you can see below there are many reviews saying similar things I’m saying. There’s many other golf sims in the city that don’t come with disrespectful service so I’d recommend against this place.

It's my first time to trying to golf so I took lesson to pose and various points for golf. They teched to me kindly with long experience. The ballistic was very clean and staff are very hospitable to customer. I was really enjoy😆

Incredible customer service. Great prices. Worth driving across the city for. Such nice people and the private rooms are spacious. Only thing to add would be televisions so we can watch the game whole playing.

I had a great time at Ballistic Indoor Golf! The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff made sure we were comfortable and explained everything clearly. The food was also delicious—perfect for a casual hangout after some rounds of golf. The space is big enough, with plenty of room to enjoy the experience without feeling cramped. Highly recommend this place for both golf lovers and anyone looking to have fun with friends or family!

Love this place. Have been here several times with a friend who’s not ready to hit the real courses yet and we’ve always enjoyed it. Great staff, good food. Highly recommend.
