I visited Topgolf with six friends, and we honestly had an amazing time together. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was energetic and fun, especially at night with all the lights and screens around the bays. The setup is perfect for both beginners and experienced players, so everyone in our group could enjoy the game without feeling pressured. The gameplay system is super engaging, with clear scoring, different game modes, and large screens that make it easy to track turns and scores. Even if you’re new to golf, it’s still a lot of fun just swinging, laughing, and competing with friends. The targets on the field look great at night and add to the overall experience. Food and drinks were decent and arrived on time, which kept the evening going smoothly. The staff was friendly, helpful, and explained the rules clearly, making the experience stress-free. Seating was comfortable, and the bays were well maintained. Overall, Topgolf Chicago is a fantastic place for group hangouts, birthdays, or just a fun night out with friends. Highly recommended if you’re looking to combine games, food, and great memories in one place

Our family visited tonight and our host was extremely professional and attentive. There were some hiccups with the food and drinks and there were issues with the system capturing our points; however, her service was too notch! I believe her name was Adriana (tall slim beautiful black young lady) Some of our food took over 40 minutes and our cocktails weren’t very good. Our experience with her encourages us to visit again!

The experience itself was decent, with a good selection of games and heated tables, which was especially appreciated during the winter. However, the service felt inattentive and at times unfriendly, which impacted the overall experience. The food was good, but better service would have made the visit much more enjoyable.

First time customers .Party of 7 , 2 adults 5 children . I made reservations online for us all ahead of time. My paid time slot was from 5 p.m to 7 p.m. We arrived at 4:35 and walked inside and were greeted by the desk. I told the young gentleman who's name was Luke that I had made reservations for 5. He was understanding and told me that if I would like to check in that he would give us the courtesy of waiving a few minutes extra so we could go and get settled in. We ordered food and drinks and all were having a good time , 10 minutes before our time was over the monitor was ending our time 6:49 . I brought this to the attention of our server, a really nice guy . I explained to him that upon check in what I was told. He had asked the manager if we could have the 10 minutes as we were finishing our last game. The manager (Hispanic man) came over and said we had to leave because of other reservations. 10 minutes to finish the match was all I asked for not a minute more. He then gave us expired coupons and told us we could come back. Why should I have to explain this I don't know. We spent about 300 dollars in total with gratuity . Came all the way from Chicago 1 hour drive and didn't have the greatest experience.

My family and I visited Topgolf in Naperville, Illinois, on November 5, 2025, to celebrate my son’s birthday. Due to severe allergies, I brought my own hot tea in a Brümate cup. A security guard informed me that I needed to return it to my car, which I understood. However, shortly afterward, the manager, Ben, approached me in an aggressive and hostile manner. He was loud, disrespectful, and dismissive throughout the interaction. I explained my medical needs and showed him my EpiPens and Benadryl to confirm the seriousness of my condition. Despite this, he stated that there were no exceptions and appeared indifferent to my health concerns. As someone who lives with severe allergies, I am aware that reasonable accommodations can be made in situations like this. I believe Ben would benefit from additional training—particularly on how to interact respectfully with guests and how to properly address individuals with medical needs. Unfortunately, the encounter overshadowed what should have been a joyful celebration and ultimately ruined my son’s birthday.
