Topgolf Atlanta Midtown

I’ve played at Topgolf in Arizona before, and the experience there was amazing, which is why I had high expectations. Unfortunately, after moving to Georgia, my first visit here was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the employees were rude and unhelpful. We ordered food, but the service was painfully slow. Several golf clubs were broken, and some were not usable at all. We requested replacements, but they never arrived, and we were forced to play with broken clubs. Whenever we tried to communicate with the staff, they gave rude looks and made us feel like we were a burden. I understand it was December 31st, and maybe employees wanted the day off but that does not justify taking frustration out on customers. I own a restaurant myself, so I understand pressure and busy days, but this behavior is unacceptable. Food arriving late is one thing, but it should at least be served warm. We ordered cheese fries and nachos, and they arrived cold even after the long wait. The cheese was completely hardened and stuck, making the food uneatable. We had to leave most of it untouched. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and far below the standards I’ve seen at other Topgolf locations. Please properly train employees on customer service and communication. We were polite and respectful the entire time, yet still received attitude, which is not appropriate in any customer-facing business. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously.

I just want to say we had so much fun here for my husband‘s birthday brunch and the food was really good. We decided to go on a Monday even though it was cold. They had heaters on annd our server was amazing. I wish I would’ve remembered her name. But I do hope she will be able to see this. You served us on 11/10/2025 we were on bay 213 in the morning. Hope this helps with the time stamp for you to get recognized. You were so attentive to us and made sure we were doing fine. Just wanted to say thank you 😊

This location has gotten worse! I always order the chicken sandwich with a side salad. The one they brought me out was not the same. I pulled up my IG to show the one I always order. The bartender did switch out the order. However, the salad was old.

If you like golf you will love Topgolf. Range is first class the booth that can seat 6 people with a table for refreshments and snacks. Computer driven programs and ball tracking allows you several modes to swing away and whoop the person next to you. Food and drinks are very good. There is also a bar and tables with many TVs. Bring your clubs or use theirs. Only thing is they didn’t acknowledge my period participation and I had to pay the lifetime registration again.

Top Golf is always a vibe! The food is always a 3.5 at best because of the cost:taste ratio but he service is generally very pleasant and doesn't take too long. The activity room is nice for waiting and kept fairly clean. I'm glad there's always parking even when the place is packed and you have to wait for a bay.
